La Collina sul Mare is the historic farmhouse that once served the villa Il Castellano, a heritage estate overlooking the Adriatic. Fully renovated in 2024, the farmhouse sits in Sant'Elpidio a Mare, right on the border with Porto Sant'Elpidio: on top of the first hill, between the Chienti and Ete Morto rivers, with bright, contemporary interiors.
