La Collina sul Mare is the historic farmhouse that once served the villa Il Castellano, a heritage estate overlooking the Adriatic. Fully renovated in 2024, the farmhouse offers eight independent holiday apartments — two one-bedroom and six two-bedroom — with equipped kitchens, air conditioning, free WiFi and views stretching from the Marche hills to the sea.
